Anyone really understand what COCAETHYLENE is?

All I know is, it is a toxin released into the body if you mix alcohol and Cocaine together.
Anyone got more info? Can it be fatal?

That is correct. It can be fatal. If you chose to to drink or take Cocaine, do one or the other. Not both at the same time, as we have said "it can be fatal".
