I watched on TV tonight (stoptober) that women who stop
Smoking before they are 30 are unlikely to die
From any smoking related deseases. It's all to do with this 'stop smoking' in
October, 'Stoptober'.

I don't know if it applies to men. Does anyone have any great methods for giving up smoking?? Really need to stop but struggling.

I have just been reading lots of other posts on this forum, and there are loads of good ways to stop smoking on here.

I have given up for 12 days now and I just wanted to tell everyone. It's been really hard at times and has had its moments, but it is now getting easier. Good luck to everyone else who is giving up.

really? my partner is on her mid 20's now.. did the TV show gave a good advice on how to stop?
