I have posted this on a few parts of this forum as I feel it is a winner. Try going to the gym. Yes I know it sounds boring and a bit of an effort but I promise you if you can stick it, it really works. Try it. :D

It does work and is a real levaller. I know a few mates who have done the gym thing to help the .

why did you go to the gym? from what addiction are you recovering from? i'm interested to know if gym would lessen my addiction to alcohol.

I think it would but it causes bad to our body, because going to the gym is not the best way to lessen or to stop addiction to alcohol, maybe you should try some strategies if you want to lessen your drinking problem

I don't thing you just go flat out at a gym. That's not what it's all about. It's about the process of doing a bit at a time. Ie, start of with a walk a day. Then make it longer, then move on the swimming, a sport. It's a slipw process but in time will work.

Gonna go to gym sometime. And I think it would help in stopping addiction.

it will work, at least for me. the bad thing about working out is, when you stop going to the gym even for a month, all muscles you have gained will turn to fat.
