It might be mind over matter to you, but I have tried loads of times and I can't stop. Must have a sting mind??

Try the gum. That is a great way to stop smoking.

But it's difficult to stop smoking without learning some steps, without consulting with your doctor, and you must have a motivation

You don't need steps, you don't need to see a doctor. If you are feeling this, then you are in denial, and not ready to give up. :)

Because you don't have a goal to reach that's why you're always falling, try to motivate yourself and make plans.

I am not sure you always need goals in this instance. You just have to tell yourself, it's your brain telling you you need it, and try and ignor it. It's a kind of battle between you and your head.

Yeah you're right, "mind over matter", but for some it could be hard, so they should have the great motivation.
