Hypnosis CD is helping so much
Posted: Thu Mar 20, 2014 10:53 amI read an article by Hypnotherapist Sharon Shinwell on the Soberistas website. She talks about how hypnotherapy can help with alcohol addiction. I don't think I am an alcoholic but I know I drink far too much. I have done some research before into hypnosis but it was too expensive. Sharon produces a CD called Stop binge drinking. I got the download and have been using it for just over a week. I know it's early days but I haven't had a drink since.
