Is this for real? SMOKING

quitting smoking cuts cardiovascular risks. Just 1 year after quitting smoking, your risk for a heart attack drops sharply.
Within 2 to 5 years after quitting smoking, your risk for stroke could fall to about the same as a nonsmoker’s.
If you quit smoking, your risks for cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and bladder drop by half within 5 years.
Ten years after you quit smoking, your risk for lung cancer drops by half.

I just read it online, and I just want to help the smokers to quit their habit.

It's really good. I gave up 3.5 years ago and I always wondered if it had made much difference. I know it would have made some difference, as I feel great, but I never knew it was that much of a difference. :D

Smoking doesn't give you a health benefit, it'll just destroy it, so smokers must quit for a better life. :D
