What will be the effect when you stop drinking immediately and without consulting with any experts about health. Are this cause a good effect or it will cause bad effect?

Hi Xanda
They helped me, but let me explain what "can" happen if you have been drinking in excess for a long period of time.
You are likely to have the following if you just stop:

A fit

A seizure

A stroke

A heard attack etc etc. the list is endless.

If you want to stop this happening. Call someone who can advise you. Speak to your doctor ( be careful here, as if you do, it will go on your medical record). Call the Addiction Helpline on: 0845 3881 543. All confidential with them. They won't even ask your name.

This is going to sound crazy, but I honestly got bored of drinking. Felt I had grown out of it. Maybe I grew up. ;)
