I was speaking to a policeman the other day and he was claiming:
"out of all the Heroin seized last year in the UK, the average amount in each seizure was around 15% Heroin".
The problem now is, it has been cut so much in the UK that the strength is very low, and you don't know what you are injecting into your body.
It is still highly addictive.

Heroin has been shit for years. You would need to go back to the 70's before you found any good gear.

It's been shit for years, that is why there are less Heroin addicts than ever before. Latest government figures, 2013.
